To “Do it Right”, TechnoGen begins a new engagement with a meeting between our Program manager and the Executive Leadership of our client. This allows us to gain the client’s perspective on what must be accomplished as well as to enlist their further support for our discovery efforts. Together we will identify the organization’s Stakeholders and convey important details, milestones and success measurements. When we do this part right then this is when the two separate groups begin to function as a team, working toward an agreed upon goal.
